You are warmly invited to come and take a little quiet time, just for you, to let go of the stresses and strains of daily life. Join experienced heart teachers and friends to learn simple techniques you can use to feel more present, alert and relaxed. Everyone is welcome and no particular belief system is required. Simply an open mind and heart, and a willingness to try for yourself to see what might work for you. Please feel free to bring a friend and enjoy the relaxation together.
These sessions are offered for free by volunteers who love to help others. Donations towards the charity work of the Heart Of Living Yoga Foundation are welcome. Funds go directly to support projects for underprivileged children and their families in Sri Lanka, Brasil, India and the U.K.
